Kajkaj Enterprises LLC – Booking Policy

1. General Policy

At Kajkaj Enterprises LLC, we value your time and ours. All consultations, coaching sessions, webinars, and service bookings must be scheduled in advance through our official booking channels. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Booking Confirmation

• A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and a confirmation email or message has been issued.
  
  

• Once confirmed, you’ll receive details on how to join or prepare for your session.
  
  

• Kajkaj reserves the right to decline or reschedule any booking at its discretion.
  
  

3. Payments

• Full payment is required to secure your booking unless otherwise stated in writing.
  
  

• All payments must be made via the approved payment methods listed on our official platforms.
  
  

• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
  
  

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Client Cancellations:
  
  

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once, free of charge.
    
    

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of payment.
    
    

• Kajkaj Cancellations:
  
  

  • If Kajkaj Enterprises needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive immediate notification and the option to rebook or receive a credit toward a future session.
    
    

5. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled booking without prior notice, your session will be marked as a no-show and no refund or reschedule will be offered. Consistent no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

6. Late Arrivals

We understand life happens. However, arriving more than 15 minutes late may reduce your session time to avoid impacting other clients. If more than 30 minutes late, your session may be marked as a no-show at the discretion of Kajkaj Enterprises.

7. Refunds

All bookings are non-refundable.
If Kajkaj Enterprises is unable to deliver the booked service due to internal issues, a full refund or future credit will be issued — your choice.

8. Recording & Confidentiality

• Coaching and consulting sessions may be recorded for training or quality purposes.
  
  

• Confidential information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to any third party without consent.
  
  

• You agree not to record or distribute Kajkaj content without written permission.
  
  

9. Group Sessions & Events

• For group programs, webinars, or workshops, attendance links are for the registered participant only.
  
  

• Sharing links or access with unregistered individuals is a violation of this policy and may result in removal without refund.
  
  

10. Policy Updates

Kajkaj Enterprises LLC reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website, and continued use of our booking services signifies acceptance of any changes.
