BlackGuard: The Foundation for Business Justice is Kajkaj's flagship nonprofit initiative — founded to protect and empower Black professionals facing workplace injustice, wrongful termination, and systemic exclusion.

Born from lived experience and built on the principles of fairness, dignity, and opportunity, BlackGuard provides:

• Legal defense and audit support

• Emergency financial aid and microgrants

• Mental health access and peer support

• Advocacy, education, and long-term reform
